INGREDIENTS:
- 10 oz mochi or mochiko (Japanese sweet rice flour)
- 2 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup frozen coconut milk
- 1/4 cup raw sugar
- Oil, for frying
HOW TO COOK:
- Combine the mochiko and sugar in a mixing bowl.
- Stir- in the shredded coconut and the coconut milk then blend well.
- Scoop teaspoonfuls and deep fry by batches in hot oil until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Let it cool, serve, and enjoy! You may also coat them with syrup.
