INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb butternut squash, peeled, seeds removed, and cut into cubes
- 4 tbsp dark brown sugar
- 2 & ½ tbsp melted butter
- ¼ tsp salt
HOW TO MAKE:
- Preheat the oven to 410 F or 210 C.
- In a bowl, combine the squash, brown sugar, butter, and salt.
- Toss to coat the squash with the rest of the ingredients.
- Line a baking tray with aluminum sheet and arrange the coated squash on it.
- Bake for 35 to 45 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving bowl. Enjoy!
