Buko Pandan Ice Candy Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 sachet pandan flavored gelatin powder
  • 1 1/2 liters water
  • ¼ to ½ kg white sugar
  • ¾ cup fresh milk
  • 1 cup shredded buko meat
  • 1 can condensed milk

HOW TO MAKE:

  1. Dissolve the gelatin powder in water then add sugar.
  2. Put mixture into heat, stir thoroughly and wait until it boils.
  3. After it boils, put into mold and let it cool.
  4. After it sets, slice gulaman into cubes and set aside.
  5. Mix together fresh milk, buko, and condensed milk.
  6. Add the sliced gulaman into milk mixture, then pour into ice candy bags.
  7. Seal and freeze overnight.
