INGREDIENTS:
- 1 sachet pandan flavored gelatin powder
- 1 1/2 liters water
- ¼ to ½ kg white sugar
- ¾ cup fresh milk
- 1 cup shredded buko meat
- 1 can condensed milk
HOW TO MAKE:
- Dissolve the gelatin powder in water then add sugar.
- Put mixture into heat, stir thoroughly and wait until it boils.
- After it boils, put into mold and let it cool.
- After it sets, slice gulaman into cubes and set aside.
- Mix together fresh milk, buko, and condensed milk.
- Add the sliced gulaman into milk mixture, then pour into ice candy bags.
- Seal and freeze overnight.
