INGREDIENTS:
- 30 ears sweet corn, grated
- 1 & ½ tbsp baking powder
- 1 pack cheddar cheese
- 3 cans evaporated milk
- 1 stick butter (or margarine)
- 500 g white sugar
- Corn husk or skin
HOW TO COOK:
- In a mixing bowl, pour- in the grated sweet corn.
- Add- in the evaporated milk, butter, baking powder, cheddar cheese, and sugar and mix thoroughly.
- Place portions of the mixture in the corn husks.
- Prepare the steamer and steam for 15 to 20 minutes or until set.
- Alternatively, you can steam the mixture first until set and wrap them in corn husks prior to serving.
- Serve and enjoy!
