Bangus Sisig Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 large boneless fried bangus, meat segregated and chopped
  • ½ tbsp mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 large red onion, chopped
  • ½ cup scallions, chopped
  • 2 tsp ginger, minced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp chopped siling labuyo
  • 1 cup crushed chicharon

HOW TO COOK:

  1. In a large pan, heat and melt the butter.
  2. Add- in the onion and cook for 3 minutes
  3. Add- in the ginger and stir and cook for 2 minutes in low to medium heat.
  4. Add- in the bangus then stir.
  5. Add- in the garlic powder, salt, ground black pepper, and soy sauce then stir and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Add- in the chicharon, scallions, and chili then stir and cook for 3 more minutes.
  7. Add- in the mayonnaise then stir.
  8. Transfer to a serving plate (or sizzling plate). Serve and enjoy!
