INGREDIENTS:
- 1 large boneless fried bangus, meat segregated and chopped
- ½ tbsp mayonnaise
- ¼ cup unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 large red onion, chopped
- ½ cup scallions, chopped
- 2 tsp ginger, minced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp chopped siling labuyo
- 1 cup crushed chicharon
HOW TO COOK:
- In a large pan, heat and melt the butter.
- Add- in the onion and cook for 3 minutes
- Add- in the ginger and stir and cook for 2 minutes in low to medium heat.
- Add- in the bangus then stir.
- Add- in the garlic powder, salt, ground black pepper, and soy sauce then stir and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add- in the chicharon, scallions, and chili then stir and cook for 3 more minutes.
- Add- in the mayonnaise then stir.
- Transfer to a serving plate (or sizzling plate). Serve and enjoy!
