INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup banana, mashed (not plantain bananas)
- 2 pieces raw eggs
- 1 & ½ cups all- purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- ½ cup cooking oil
HOW TO COOK:
- In a mixing bowl, combine all the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, salt, and baking soda.
- Mix the dry ingredients thoroughly until everything is evenly distributed.
- Add in the other ingredients: eggs, mashed bananas, cooking oil, and vanilla essence.
- Mix well with the dry ingredients until a batter is formed.
- Grease a loaf pan and pour- in the batter mixture.
- Preheat oven at 350 F or 177 C.
- Bake the batter mixture for 1 hour or until it passes toothpick test.
- Remove the loaf pan from the oven then allow to cool down for a few minutes.
- Transfer the banana bread to a serving plate.
- You may put the bread in the fridge to cool or serve immediately. Slice and enjoy!
