INGREDIENTS:
- 2 pcs apples, julienned
- 1 medium cabbage (red or green or both), shredded
- 1 large carrot, julienned
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- ¼ cup parsley, minced
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ⅓ cup honey
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
HOW TO MAKE:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cabbage, apples, onion, parsley, and carrots.
- Make the dressing by combining vinegar, honey, mayonnaise, salt, and ground black pepper then mix well.
- Pour- in the dressing and toss until the vegetables are coated.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Serve and enjoy!
