Easy Almond Jelly (With Fruit Cocktail) Recipe

Almond Jelly Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 4 & ½ oz agar powder
  • 1 & ½ cups water
  • 1 & ½ cups fresh milk
  • ¼ cup granulated white sugar
  • 1 can (30 oz) fruit cocktail

HOW TO COOK:

  1. In a bowl, combine the milk and agar powder then stir.
  2. Add- in the almond extract and mix well. Set aside.
  3. In a pot or sauce pan, boil the water and put- in sugar.
  4. Stir until well dissolved.
  5. Pour- in the agar and milk mixture and let it boil while gently stirring.
  6. Let the temperature cool down then transfer to a shallow container.
  7. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
  8. Slice the jelly into squares and mix with the fruit cocktail. Enjoy!
