I admit, the first time BonChon opened in the Philippines, I find their recipe quite strange from the ones we usually eat fried chicken from. But it is sure to deliver a unique blend of taste that we don’t get to have elsewhere. And I think that’s the reason for their success.
Pinoys now get a Korean flavored alternative to our fast food fried chicken. And BonChon stores are opening everywhere, mostly located in malls.
Have you every wondered how they make their flagship flavor, the Soy Garlic Glaze? You may think that it’s probably made in Korea. But the truth is, we can remake this flavor using ingredients we can buy from our supermarkets!
