INGREDIENTS:
- 2 packs (25 grams each) white gulaman powder
- 1 big can (390 grams) condensed milk
- 1 big can (397 grams) evaporated milk
- 1 pack (250 ml) all-purpose cream
- 1 big can (836 grams) fruit cocktail, reserve the syrup
- 1 cup (200 grams) white sugar
- 5 cups (1,180 ml) hot water
HOW TO COOK:
- Put in a cooking pot the condensed milk, evaporated milk, all purpose cream, sugar, and hot water. Mix well until everything is incorporated together.
- Cook mixture in low heat with occasional stirring until texture starts to thicken. Add Gulaman powder at this point and stir until it dissolves completely. Continue to cook with occasional stirring until mixture becomes thick then turn off heat.
- Prepare containers of choice for the jelly. Spread the fruit cocktail bits at the bottom of the container evenly. Carefully pour the cooked mixture on top of the fruit cocktail until fully covered. Let it cool down until mixture solidifies and turns to jelly. Done!
