INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 can luncheon meat, cut into strips, then halved
- 1 pack (400 g) spaghetti pasta
- 1 pack (250 g) all- purpose cream
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup frozen green peas, thawed
- 1 small red onion, peeled, thinly sliced
- 1/8 tsp paprika
- Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
HOW TO COOK:
- Pour and heat water in a pot and let it boil.
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions then drain and set aside.
- In a large sauté pan, pour and heat the oil over medium heat.
- Add- in and sauté onion until softened and translucent.
- Add- in the water and peas.
- Cover and bring to a boil then simmer until peas are softened.
- Remove the cover and let water evaporate.
- Add- in and cook the luncheon meat until heated through.
- Add- in the cream and paprika.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- To serve, toss with cooked pasta. Enjoy!
