INGREDIENTS:
- 1 kg pompano fish, scaled and gutted
- 1 pc 1-inch ginger, sliced
- 2 lemongrass bulbs, pounded
- 2 stalks leek, sliced into 2 inch pcs
- 1 bundle talbos ng kamote
- 1 pc medium green tomato quartered
- 1 pc medium ripe tomato, quartered
- 1 pc medium onion, quartered
- Salt and pepper, to taste
HOW TO COOK:
- Pour 5 cups of water into a pot, heat, and bring to a boil.
- Add- in the ginger, onion, and tomatoes then simmer for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Add- in the pompano fish then simmer for 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add- in the lemongrass and leeks.
- Remove from heat then add- in the talbos ng kamote.
- Transfer to a serving bowl. Enjoy!
