INGREDIENTS:
- 1 can coconut milk
- 2 pcs live alimasag, washed and cut into halves (crosswise)
- 1/2 pc medium- sized kalabasa, peeled and sliced into cubes
- Sting beans (optional)
- 1 pc medium- sized red onions, sliced
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 5 pcs chili peppers
- 2 tbsp patis
- Ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
HOW TO COOK:
- Pour and heat the cooking oil in a pan.
- When hot enough, sauté the onion for 1 minute then followed by the garlic.
- Add- in the patis and coconut milk then bring to a boil.
- Add- in the ground black pepper then cook for 10 minutes in medium heat until the liquid reduces.
- Add- in the crabs, stir, and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add- in the kalabasa and chili peppers then cook until the squash becomes a little tender.
- You may add- in the string beans at this point.
- Remove from heat and transfer to a serving plate. Enjoy!
