INGREDIENTS:
- 500 g dilis, cleaned and discard heads
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 6 cloves garlic, pounded
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 thumb- sized ginger, sliced and pounded
- 3 pcs siling haba, sliced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp cooking oil
HOW TO COOK:
- Arrange the dilis, garlic, onion, ginger, salt ,and black pepper in a pan.
- Pour- in the water, vinegar, cooking oil, and siling haba.
- Cover the pan and simmer in a medium heat for 10 minutes or until almost dry and done.
- Remove from heat and transfer to a serving plate. Enjoy!
