INGREDIENTS:
- 1 can (198 g) Spam luncheon meat
- 1 cup brown sugar
- Cooking oil, for frying
HOW TO COOK:
- First remove from can then slice the Spam into sticks.
- Lightly coat Spam sticks in brown sugar and pan- fry until sugar caramelizes and the coating looks slightly crunchy.
- Serve warm with steamed or garlic fried rice. Enjoy!
