INGREDIENTS:
- 3 cups labong (bamboo shoots), cut into strips (you may use canned)
- 1 cup ground pork
- 1 cup prawns, shelled and deveined
- 2 tbsp patis
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium- sized onion, chopped
- 1 stalk green onions, cut diagonally
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
HOW TO COOK:
- Pour and heat the cooking oil on a wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
- When the oil is hot enough, saute the garlic and onion until limp and aromatic.
- Add- in the ground pork and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add- in the prawns and cook until all sides turn pink.
- Add- in the labong and patis.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for a few minutes until the labong are tender.
- Add- in the green onions.
- Remove from heat and transfer into a serving dish. Enjoy!
