Fudge Brownies Recipe

For me, the one thing that’s better than brownies is… Fudge Brownies! Just thinking about that thick chocolate fudge coating over the brownies makes me salivate! And I know you are too so make these today with this recipe:

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 & 1/4 cup all- purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 cups granulated white sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 pcs raw eggs
  • 10 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 & 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

For the Fudge Topping:

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 to 1 & 1/2 cups walnuts (or peanuts), chopped (optional)

HOW TO MAKE:

  1. In a bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt.
  2. Mix well and then set aside.
  3. Using a different bowl, combine the eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk until all the ingredients are incorporated.
  5. Fold- in the dry ingredients and mix until everything is well distributed.
  6. Preheat the oven to 350 F or 175 C.
  7. Arrange the mixture in a baking pan.
  8. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, or until it passes the toothpick test.
  9. Melt the chocolate chips in a saucepan.
  10. Pour- in the condensed milk and vanilla extract then mix well.
  11. Remove the brownies from the oven and then spread the chocolate mixture over.
  12. Sprinkle the top with chopped walnuts.
  13. Let cool in room temperature and then refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving. Enjoy!
