INGREDIENTS:
- 2 lbs pork, cubed
- 2 medium- sized potatoes, cubed
- ¼ cup white vinegar
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 1 cup water
- 3 pcs dried bay leaves
- 5 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp whole peppercorn
- Salt, to taste
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
HOW TO COOK:
- Pour and heat the cooking oil in a pan.
- When the oil gets hot enough, sauté the garlic for 30 seconds.
- Add- in the pork and whole peppercorn then cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Pour- in the soy sauce and water.
- Add- in the bay leaves and let boil.
- Cover the pan and simmer for about 40 to 60 minutes (add water if needed).
- Pour- in the vinegar and allow to reboil.
- Add- in the potatoes.
- Simmer for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Add some salt to taste.
- Remove from heat and transfer to a serving bowl. Enjoy!
