INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 can pumpkin puree
- 1 can condensed milk
- 3 whole eggs
- 1 tbsp plain flour
- A pinch of salt
HOW TO MAKE:
- In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients.
- Mix thoroughly until well distributed.
- Cook in a double boiler.
- Continue stirring for 25 minutes or until the mixture thickens.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool (you may refrigerate overnight).
- Divide and roll the mixture into small balls.
- Sprinkle white sugar to lightly coat the yema balls.
- Serve now or wrap in cellophane for later. Enjoy!
