INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb pork, diced
- ¼ cup light soy sauce
- 3 tbsp oyster sauce
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 3 pcs dried bay leaves
- 6 pcs dry red chili
- 5 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tsp granulated white sugar
- 1 & ½ tsp whole peppercorn
- Salt, to taste
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
HOW TO COOK:
- Pour and heat the cooking oil in a pan.
- Add- in and brown the garlic.
- Add- in the pork and then cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until light brown.
- Pour- in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and water.
- Stir and let it boil.
- Add- in the dry red chili, whole peppercorn, and bay leaves.
- Cover and simmer for 40 to 45 minutes.
- Pour- in the vinegar and allow to reboil.
- Add- in the sugar and salt.
- Stir and cook for another 3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and transfer to a serving plate. Enjoy!
