INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups coconut cream
- 1 cup brown sugar
HOW TO COOK:
- Combine the coconut cream and the brown sugar in a non- stick sauce pan.
- Heat over medium heat and bring the mixture to a boil.
- While heating, stir frequently until sugar is dissolved and mixture is well- blended.
- When mixture has come to a boil, promptly reduce heat to low and continue to cook, stirring frequently, until mixture darkens and thickens.
- To checkĀ if the jam is ready, drop a teaspoonful into a bowl of cold water.
- If the mixture forms a soft ball in the cold water andĀ flattens when removed, your coconut jam is ready!
- Transfer the jam into clean jars and seal.
- Serve with bread and enjoy!
