INGREDIENTS:
- 3 cups choco rice puffs (try Kellogg’s cocoa krispies)
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- ¼ cup light corn syrup
- ¼ cup brown sugar
HOW TO COOK:
- In a large sauce pan, put- in the butter, heat, and allow to the butter to melt.
- Once the butter melts, add the light corn syrup and the brown sugar.
- Stir to thoroughly mix the ingredients.
- Let the mixture start to boil.
- Add the rice puffs and mix well until the rice puffs are completely coated with the liquid mixture.
- Turn off the heat then allow the rice puffs to cool down.
- Wet your hands then scoop about ¼ cup of rice puff mixture then mold into a ball shape figure.
- Place the balls in a serving plate. Enjoy!
