INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb kamote (sweet potato), sliced crosswise about 1.5 cm thick
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup cooking oil
- Barbecue sticks (for skewering)
HOW TO COOK:
- Prepare a pan, heat it, and pour the cooking oil.
- Let the cooking oil heat- up then put- in the brown sugar.
- When the brown sugar floats, put- in the kamote.
- Fry for about 7 to 10 minutes.
- Flip the kamote once in a while for the sugar to stick.
- Remove the kamote from the pan one by one.
- You could directly skewer the fried kamote once removed from the pan.
- Let it cool down for a few minutes before serving. Share and Enjoy!
